The live selector protects a chosen placement and business category long enough to complete checkout while keeping unsold inventory available to other customers.

Five-minute hold

A valid placement and category selection is held for five minutes according to the ZipStrike server clock. The countdown shown in the browser is informational. A hold does not secure inventory after it expires.

One active hold

A browser session may have only one active hold at a time. ZipStrike may limit repeated hold attempts or release holds associated with automated, abusive, or disruptive activity.

Payment secures inventory

A placement becomes sold only after full payment is successfully completed and confirmed. Starting checkout, adding a placement to the cart, or receiving a temporary payment authorization does not guarantee the placement if payment fails or the hold expires.

Category exclusivity

A hold protects both the selected placement and the selected business category for that campaign. Only one approved business in a category may purchase within the same campaign. ZipStrike may reclassify a business whose selected category does not accurately describe the promoted service.

Conflicts and technical errors

If inventory cannot be confirmed because of a simultaneous purchase, payment delay, system error, or administrative correction, ZipStrike may offer another open placement or issue a full refund for the unavailable placement.
