These Terms govern use of the ZipStrike Marketing website and the purchase of campaign placements. By purchasing for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.
Services
ZipStrike offers shared and solo postcard advertising services that may include placement inventory, copywriting, offer guidance, custom design, revisions, QR functionality, printing, postage, and mailing. The scope shown for the selected campaign and order controls.
Pricing and payment
Prices appear when a valid placement is selected. Full payment is required to secure a placement. Payment is processed by the payment methods made available at checkout.
Availability and exclusivity
Inventory and category exclusivity are campaign-specific. ZipStrike may reject or reclassify a category that is inaccurate, conflicts with an existing advertiser, or creates a reasonable competitive conflict.
Artwork, content, and approval
You must provide accurate contact information, claims, offers, logos, images, and other materials. You confirm that you have permission to use materials you submit. Written final approval authorizes production and confirms that you reviewed all content for accuracy and legal compliance.
Acceptable advertising
ZipStrike may refuse unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, unsafe, or inappropriate content. ZipStrike may also refuse content that could reasonably harm the reputation of the postcard, other advertisers, recipients, or ZipStrike.
Campaign timing and reach
Mail dates, route boundaries, and household counts are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Purchasing secures campaign inventory but does not cause immediate mailing.
Cancellations and results
The Cancellation and Refund Policy, Reservation Policy, and Advertising and Results Disclaimer are incorporated into these Terms.
Third-party services
Hosting, payment processing, maps, printing, postal operations, email, analytics, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their availability and separate terms may affect those features.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZipStrike’s total liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount paid to ZipStrike for that order. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Contact and changes
Questions may be submitted through the contact form. ZipStrike may update these Terms for future transactions by posting a revised date. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
