This policy applies to campaign placements purchased from ZipStrike Marketing. Because each placement reserves limited inventory and includes custom creative and production work, refund eligibility changes as work progresses.

1. Five-minute selection holds

Selecting a placement creates a temporary five-minute hold. A hold is not a purchase and does not create a charge. If payment is not completed before the hold expires, the placement and category may become available to another customer.

2. Before design or outside costs begin

If you cancel before ZipStrike begins custom ad design and before ZipStrike incurs nonrecoverable third-party costs for your order, the amount paid is fully refundable.

3. After custom design begins

If you cancel after custom design begins but before you provide written final approval, 50% of the placement price is refundable. The retained portion covers reserved inventory and work already performed.

4. After final approval or production begins

After written final approval, release of files to a production provider, printing, purchase of postage, or mailing, whichever occurs first, the order is nonrefundable. Your written approval confirms that you have reviewed the advertisement for accuracy, content, offer terms, contact information, and legal compliance.

5. Customer delays

If required materials or approval are not supplied by the stated deadline, ZipStrike may move the placement to the next reasonably available campaign or provide a service credit. A missed customer deadline does not automatically qualify for a cash refund.

6. Cancellation by ZipStrike

If ZipStrike cancels a campaign before mailing and cannot offer a replacement campaign acceptable to you, ZipStrike will refund the amount paid for the affected placement.

7. Postal delays and delivery

Delivery counts are estimates. Weather, postal operations, route adjustments, inaccessible addresses, and other events outside ZipStrike’s reasonable control may affect timing or the number of pieces delivered. A delay after acceptance by the postal provider does not by itself create a refund right.

8. Advertising performance

Refunds are not based on calls, leads, sales, website visits, QR scans, revenue, or return on investment. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside ZipStrike’s control.

9. How to request cancellation

Submit a request through the contact form. Include your business name, order or campaign information, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-processor timing may vary.

10. Required consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. If a law applicable to your transaction provides a greater remedy, that law controls.
